Should Scandinavian Water Technology be associated with contractual partners who do not adhere to fundamental business ethical principles, this may be grounds for terminating the agreement.
Human Rights
Contracting parties respect the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Employee Rights
Contracting partners comply with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 32, and the eight core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) (Articles 29, 87, 98, 100, 105, 111, 138, and 183), which address child labor, forced labor, freedom of association, collective bargaining, and non-discrimination in the workplace. Contracting partners ensure that all employees within their organizations receive wages sufficient to meet basic needs, aligned with national minimum wage standards, and are paid directly and promptly. Working hours do not exceed national legal limits, and overtime regulations follow relevant legal requirements.

Contracting partners contribute to the development and use of environmentally friendly technologies, and business operations are conducted in compliance with relevant national environmental legislation.

Contracting partners commit to eliminating all forms of corruption and bribery in business operations. They operate within the framework of applicable national and international competition laws and actively oppose anti-competitive practices.
